  • Free of charge initial site appraisals;
  • Production of Desk Studies;
  • Undertaking intrusive Site Investigations followed by production of interpretative Site Investigation Reports;
  • Ground condition assessments for likely foundation requirements;
  • Design of Remedial Strategies;

We also have the benefit of being able to offer services beyond the investigation and design phase as we have the in-house capability to provide:

  • Full project Management Services of any subsequent remedial works, including verification;
  • Waste Management Services;
  • Contracting Services that can provide traditional remedial techniques plus specialist services, such as bioremediation or in-situ groundwater treatment

Based upon our experience and knowledge at T&P can either offer individual or a selected range of services alternatively, if preferred, a full “turn key” approach where we take your project from the initial pre-purchase site appraisal through the investigation to Regulatory “sign off” of the remedial works.
