About T&P Regeneration
T&P was established in 2002 with the purpose of providing a complete environmental consultancy service from initial land appraisal through planning and investigation to remedial design and regulatory “sign off” for the development of brownfield land.
Our aim is to provide a flexible approach to the environmental services we provide so that we can best suit the requirements and needs of our clients. To date we have provided consultancy services for a diverse range of clients from speculative developers, regional UK house builders to international financial institutions. On a wide variety of projects from single plots, multi-phased mixed use strategic developments to Growth Areas for Sustainable Communities within the Government Regional Spatial Strategy.
All of our technical staff are professionally qualified and our principal consultants have a very wide and varied experience in the property industry that means we have an understanding of our client’s needs and are able to advise on potential development implications, demolition constraints and provide realistic cost effective remedial solutions.
T&P is committed to providing a professional and high quality value for money service, which we believe is demonstrated by our high frequency of repeat business and the new enquiries from recommendations by existing customers.
Meet the Directors
Every project is ultimately overseen by one of the T&P’s directors and all our clients have instant access to the directors so that queries or any issues that may arise during a project can be addressed and resolved as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Michael Nicholas: Technical Director
MSc & BSc(hons)
After graduating Mike gained a broad experience in the field of geotechnical and contaminated land investigation and assessment whilst working for Parkman (now Mouchel) in both their Bristol and Birmingham Offices.
In 1999 he moved to Westbury Homes (now taken over by Persimmon Homes) where he was their Regional Geo-environmental Engineering Manager and in addition to undertaking site appraisals he managed remediation projects undertaken within the Bristol region.
With his mixture of consultant and client experience Mike is able to assess projects from both perspectives and therefore able to provide the most robust and cost effective solution, whilst still ensuring Regulatory “sign off” is achieved.
When time and family commitments permit Mike loves nothing better than snow boarding and is always looking forward to his next trip to the Alps.
