• Detailed pre-acquisition Initial Site Appraisals following a review any available information that will include, where applicable, an assessment of any issues or areas of environmental or geotechnical concern that may be present on the site. Thereby allowing a more informed decision to made regarding the viability of the project.
  
  
• The production of Desk Study Reports that will include site reconnaissance visit, procurement and review of third party environmental, historical and geological data plus initial consultation with Regulatory Authorities and Statutory Bodies.
  
  
• Design and completion of a suitable Site Investigation and production of an interpretative report that can, if required, include soakaway testing and deep borehole installation for foundation design information.
  
  
• Based upon the data obtained during our own site investigation or third party information we can design a suitable Remedial Strategy so as to make the site suitable for the proposed redevelopment. This will utilise our specialist risk assessment skills and in depth knowledge of remedial techniques to provide the most cost effective and sustainable solution.
  
  
• If required in addition to our assessment as to the most suitable foundation types based upon the revealed site conditions we can provide a full Foundation Design service.
  
  
• Once a development commences we can provide full Project Management services that include issuing and assessing tenders, site supervision, production of the final validation report and obtaining “sign off” from the Regulators
