Contracting Services

Our aim at T&P is to provide the total range of environmental services to our clients and therefore in addition to the investigation and design abilities we are also have the capability to undertake the on site remedial works.

  • To date we have completed a number of projects both on a lump sum “turnkey one-stop shop” approach, where we undertook the investigation, design, remediation and obtained Regulatory Approval, in addition to traditional remeasure contracts using third party information.
  • These projects have varied from traditional off site disposal to bioremediation and in-situ groundwater treatment and ranged in value from £20,000 to £700,000.
  • On some of the projects that we have worked on, as an added benefit to our client and in order to maintain a single point of contact, we have included within our scope works, in partnership with specialist contractors:
    • removal of asbestos based material;
    • demolition of existing buildings;
    • undertaken the role of as principal contractor.
  • We also carry £10 million Combined Liabilities Insurance.
