Project Management

Once a project commences we can provide full support and advice including a full Project Management service that include issuing and assessing tenders, liaison with the Regulators, site supervision, production of the final verification report and obtaining the necessary third party approvals in order for a development to progress.

With T&P’s in-house experience of undertaking remedial works we have been able to provided project management and site supervision services for a range of clients including:

  • private developers;
  • National housing companies;
  • Housing associations;
  • Financial institutions;

On a range of projects varying from:

  • Small housing developments with localised hotspots of contamination;
  • An existing warehouse where the Environment Agency had identified a tank on site as the source of contamination within the adjacent stream;
  • A former fuel depot requiring bioremediation and groundwater treatment to make it suitable for a proposed housing development.
  • Overseeing the remediation of a former chemical works using a mixture of bioremediation, in-situ and ex-situ groundwater treatment and soil stabilisation prior to the purchase of the site by our client to ensure the site was suitable for their proposed redevelopment.

On the above and similar projects our clients have been able to enter into contracts with third party developers, land owners or contractor in the knowledge that their interests were being managed and with the confidence that they received the best value for money solutions.
