Meet the team

Charlie joined T&P in June 2025 after three years of working with other companies in the sector. Charlie’s role is to see a project from start to finish, involving project management, site investigation, data collection, and analysis in addition to factual and interpretive report writing for both geo-environmental and geotechnical projects.

Having grown up in Derbyshire, Charlie then moved to Australia during her teenage years. She came back to the UK to start her university career in Plymouth where she completed both her degrees. She has since worked for two companies doing similar rolls around the Southwest.

Charlie is hugely passionate about anything geology-related and claims to spend her week covered in dirt for work, and her weekend covered in dirt for her garden.
