Meet the team

Rachel joined T&P in May 2022 after a year working for Network Rail as Assistant Asset Engineer, following her Master’s in Applied Environmental Geology at Cardiff University.

At T&P, she is continuing to develop her experience in the industry and is currently working towards chartership.

Rachel has delivered several engineering workshops to schools with the aim of inspiring the next generation of engineers and wants to continue to advocate for women in STEM industries.
