Meet the team

Originally from south Monmouthshire, Sean joined T&P in June 2026. Having worked several jobs, including as a chef, metal fabricator & welder, and estate agent, Sean then returned to education to study a degree in Environmental Geoscience at the University of Bristol.

Sean’s job role involves a blend of site-based ground investigation and desk-based report writing. Sean loves learning new practical skills – this includes making his own blacksmith forge and trying some leatherwork.

Lately he has been homebrewing, making his own IPA, and Elderflower Champagne
