Meet the team

Stefanie joined T&P in June 2025 as an Admin Assistant, supporting the day to day running of the business. Her role involves keeping things organised behind the scenes, assisting with business operations and helping the wider team stay on track.

Having grown up in Plymouth, Steff later moved to Bristol to follow her passion for working with animals. She holds a degree in Zoology, a foundation degree in Biology and a Diploma in Zoology. Steff is particularly passionate about animal welfare but especially cats and spends much of her spare time dedicated to their care. Before joining T&P she gained hands-on experience volunteering with Cats Protection and Dartmoor Zoo, as well as working in a Cattery and Kennel.

Outside of her love for animals, she enjoys nail care and playing piano, always finding time to add a little creativity to her routine.
